Returns Policy

If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return.

All items must be returned in perfect condition and with the original packaging and all tags attached.

We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are scratched, damaged, or not in their original packaging.

Customer will take care of the return shipping costs.

Products marked as “sale” cannot be refunded.

Please note that Sandalaki is not responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returned parcel. Parcels for which the customer’s identification (surname, first name, address ) are missing shall be refused.

Sandalaki reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions sent .In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the purchased items will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

REFUNDS

Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, Paypal or bank account used for the order transaction. You will be asked to provide your refund payment details.

Please note that the original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.

Please allow 5 working days once we receive your product to process your return.

You will be notified via email once your refund has been successfully completed.

RETURNS

If the shoes are not a suitable fit or size,you can return them back and we we’ll send you a new one in the correct size.

If the new item is a lower amount we will refund the difference via your original payment method. Exchanged items will only be dispatched once returned goods have been received, undergone quality checks and are subject to product availability at the time of return.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Just follow these easy instructions and make sure you send your item(s) back to us within 14 days from the date you received your order:

1. Please visit www.sandalaki.com/contact fill the form, quoting your order number which was included in the original order confirmation email and specifying the specific items to be returned.

2. You will then receive an email confirming your returns request and information about the return.

3.Pack up the products carefully with the original SANDALAKI packaging included ,then secure with outer wrapper and send them back .
