The following payment options are available to make your purchases:
-Paypal: Pay safe via your account.
-Bank account deposit: You can make a deposit in our bank account but your order will not be sent until you confirm the deposit.In your deposit you should mention your nameand the order number.
The invoice as proof of the deposit, physical deposit or e-banking, should be send to email@example.com
The name that will noted in the bank deposit slip should be the same as the name you entered in the electronic form of ordering.
The deposit money might not be directly “visible” to information received from the bank, so a small delay is possible.Your order is going to be shipped when the deposit is verified.
-Credit card: The redemption option of ordering by credit OR debit or prepaid card, will be completed at the site of Eurobank, in a completely safe and controlled environment of the bank itself, to ensure the confidentiality of the data of the transaction. The credit card details are not stored in any way by the systems of SANDALAKI .
The following shipping methods are available for your orders:
-ELTA courier.Expected delivery time is 1 to 2 working days,depending on the location.
-DHL .Expected delivery time is 5 to 15 working days depending on the location.
Custom clearance,extreme weather conditions ,strikes,and any case of force majeure might affect the transport and delivery of your order. In case that your order is delayed for any reason, you may contact us, so that we can inform you about the exact delivery time.
SANDALAKI is not responsible for duties or tariffs imposed by the destination country customs.

1.If the shoes are not a suitable fit, you have up to 15 days to return them back and we we’ll send you a new one in the correct size.
2.If the item is defective a full refund will be issued.The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made.
All you have to do is to send them back in an unused condition as you have received them.
Pack up the shoes carefully with the original SANDALAKI packaging included ,then secure with outer wrapper and send them back .
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.Shipping charges are non-refundable.
You will also receive an email including instructions for the return.
Once your return arrives at our facility kindly note that it generally takes 72 hours to process.You will be notified via email once your return has been successfully completed.
SANDALAKI is not responsible for damages made by others due to transfer and delivery.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn,undamaged and unused with all the tags attached and the original packaging included.
Sandals and bags must be returned with the original branded boxes and cotton bags,where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
When trying on sandals,please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.We recommend to stand in a carpeted area when trying on in order to protect the soles from markings.Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them.
Products marked as “sale” we do not offer a refund.
Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
